No, INTEX pool covers are a feature that prevents dirt and leaves from falling into the pool, but they do NOT have any specific safety or protective function.

Depends on the kit purchased. Before purchasing, read the information on the packaging or pay attention to the parameters given by the seller.

No. The only replaceable part of the chlorinator is the electrode. The life of the electrode depends on the quality of the water, how often the pool/hot tub is used and how often the saltwater system (chlorinator) is turned on. The saltwater system (chlorinator) is equipped with an automatic cleaning cycle that extends the life of the electrode. Make sure the self-cleaning program is switched on. Routine maintenance (see manual) will extend its life even further.

Cover sheets exist for rectangular pools 305 x 183 cm and for pools 366 x 193 cm. There is no cover for the 366 cm octagonal pool.

Yes, spare parts are available for the filter pumps and can be purchased from us, the exception being the internal components of the motor. For faster turnaround, we recommend preparing the 5-digit part number found in your user manual.

Yes, spare parts are available for the hot tubs, a list of these parts can be found in the user manual. Each part has a 5-digit code. If you wish to purchase a part, please complete our enquiry form and quote this 5 digit number. If you need internal spare parts for the motor part of the hot tub that are not listed in the user manual, fill in our enquiry form.

The filter cartridge housing should be mounted to the bottom inlet that pumps the water from the tub to the motor base that houses the filter pump. This rule applies to all INTEX Spa hot tub models.

No, the vacuum cleaner has an automatic shut off function when not immersed in water and is designed exclusively for PureSpa hot tubs and above ground pools.

PureSpa hot tubs are designed as complete systems with integrated cartridge filter pumps. They do not have any connectors for connecting an external sand filter pump, so interconnecting them is not possible.

No, we do not sell these panels separately in the package.

Yes, there are various combinations and you can configure the set-up to your personal taste, however it depends on the dealers which combinations they have on offer.

Unfortunately, our inflatable children's pools do not have a return inlet in the wall where the filter pump can be connected.

If you want to filter the entire volume of pool water, disconnect the skimmer. The skimmer only draws impurities from the surface of the water. If you want to filter the entire volume of pool water, you need the filter pump to suck more water from the bottom.

Yes, to maintain the temperature of the water inside the spa hot tub. Make sure the hot tub is always covered when not in use and that the water has the correct chemical balance (see user manual or contact a hot tub/pool specialist).
