The older INTEX application has recently been updated. Because of this, there was an outage. It is now working, uninstall and reinstall the application. You can use your original login details to log in. However, check whether you need the new or the old application.

For this reason, you may have experienced an outage, where the whirlpool could not be controlled via the app.

What should I do to get my app working again?

Uninstall and reinstall the app. You can use your original login credentials to log in.
