Can the battery of the ZR100 (28626) be replaced?
The battery is not replaceable, it is sealed inside to prevent water from reaching it and causing a short circuit. The body of the vacuum cleaner with the battery cannot be opened. If the battery does not work, the whole vacuum cleaner body (without accessories) must be replaced.

Do you repair sand filter pumps?
Unfortunately, there is currently no service that repairs sand filter pumps. We can, however, offer the sale of spare parts, except for the internal parts of the motor.

If a crack or small hole develops in the pool liner, can it be repaired?
Yes, with the repair patches included in the package, which can also be purchased. Alternatively, any PVC patch and soft PVC adhesive can be used. Weld holes cannot be repaired. The surface must be thoroughly cleaned before applying the patch. If the damage is greater than 5 cm, it is very likely that the water pressure will not be able to withstand the patch.

Is there a service for saltwater systems?
Unfortunately, there is currently no service that repairs saltwater systems. However, we can offer the sale of spare parts, with the exception of the internal parts of the motor.

The filter in my hot tub broke. Can I fix it?
If the cartridge holder in the hot tub and its screws have broken off, this part cannot be repaired. The solution is to replace the entire inflatable tub. If only the strainer is broken, it can be ordered as a separate spare part.

The spa hot tub control panel has stopped responding and cannot be charged - what to do?
This problem can have two causes - either the panel and battery are at fault directly, or the charging station located in the motor base of the PureSpa hot tub. We therefore recommend that you first have the entire motor unit checked by a technician. If your hot tub is still under warranty, please contact your dealer to make a claim. If it is out of warranty, and you are sure that a new panel is needed, you can request one via our online spare parts form.

Where can I get my airbed, boat, pool or PureSpa tub repaired?
The service centers only repair the electrical parts of hot tubs and selected types of defects of inflatable tubs. Other products such as inflatable boats, airbeds or pools cannot be repaired, but we do offer spare parts for them that you can purchase from us.
