How do I find the hole in the spa tub?
The best way to find out where air is leaking from your spa tub is to spray the tub with a soapy water solution and watch where bubbles form. That's where the leak is. Pay special attention to the inflation valve. If air is leaking from it, you can tighten the valve with the included wrench. In the event of a defect, the inner removable part of the inflation valve can be purchased from us as a spare part.
The pressure relief valve can cause problems if it is not properly closed or tightened. Recommended procedure includes using a service wrench, gently tightening and checking without water in the hot tub. This will prevent possible leakage or damage.
The repair of inflatable products depends on the type of damage. Minor tears can be repaired using PVC patches and suitable adhesive, while damaged seams cannot be repaired.
