Poor water flow:
Poor water flow may be caused by various factors – poor maintenance as well as mechanical failure. Please see the points below:
- Start by removing the filter cartridge and switching on the filter again. If the water flow improved, the problem was caused by the filter.
- If the water parameters are not within the norm and if the filter is not cleaned regularly, it will clog very quickly, leading to increased water resistance.
- Inlet and outlet wall ports shall be completely submerged.
- The hose and pump must be bled completely (see the user manual for the procedure).
- There must be no obstructions in front of the wall ports.
- The filter cartridge should be flushed after each use.
- Once the filter cartridge is clogged to a point that it cannot be cleaned, replace it with a new and unused cartridge.
If there is other equipment connected to the filter, please check the following:
- Check whether the filter pump used is suitable for the other equipment (e.g. whether it is powerful enough).
- Make sure that the equipment is also properly bled.
- The circulation is designed to circulate water in the shortest possible path.
- All the connected equipment is installed on the ground and located below the water level. Except the skimmer, pool sprayer (shower with colour LED effect), and waterfall (colourful cascade).
