By using a solar mat there is more resistance on the water that is pumped through, so it has a reduced flow. If there is no/low water flow, you can follow the steps below to see if this solves the problem:

Step 1: Remove all accessories except the solar mat and filter pump.
Step 2: Make sure to release the air from the filter pump using the steps in the user manual.
Step 3: Open the solar mat using the steps in the user manual and start the filter pump.

If there is air left in the pump or there are many accessories connected before the solar mat, the flow will be reduced.

As more solar mats are connected, the water flow will be reduced since there is more resistance on the water that is pumped through. If several solar mats are used, we recommend to follow the steps below:

Step 1: Set the tap (bypass) of the first solar mat open for the most part. This means that almost no water will go through the first solar mat, but most of it will go directly to the next solar mat.
Step 2: Open the tap (bypass) of the second solar mat a little further.
Step 3: If there are more than 4 mats, open the tap (bypass) of the third mat a little further.
Step 4: Open the tap (bypass) of the second to last mat to halfway.
Step 5: Open the tap (bypass) of the last mat fully, so that the water can flow through the solar mat and the solar mat can heat the water.
