This problem can have two causes - either the panel and battery are at fault directly, or the charging station located in the motor base of the PureSpa hot tub. We therefore recommend that you first have the entire motor unit checked by a technician. If your hot tub is still under warranty, please contact your dealer to make a claim. If it is out of warranty, and you are sure that a new panel is needed, you can request one via our online spare parts form.
