If the SERVICE indicator is continuously lit, it is most likely a circuit board failure. The solution is to replace this board or the entire motor base. If the unit is under warranty, claim it from your dealer.
If the SERVICE indicator is flashing, moisture has probably gotten into the circuit board. We recommend that you allow it to dry by flipping the saltwater system or filter motor base with the saltwater system over for 4 hours and allowing it to dry in the sun.
The equipment should always be placed on a wooden base. Do not place filter pumps and saltwater systems in grass or anything similiar.
