Relax! The airbed is not leaking air
After the first inflations, the inflatable bed may appear to be leaking air - but in fact there is a natural expansion of the material. It is recommended to inflate the mattress a few times and leave it to settle into the correct shape.

Can I put an airbed on a conventional bed frame?
Inflatable beds can be placed on a platform or a flat or fixed surface. Old or damaged bed frames can reduce the comfort of your airbed and even cause damage to the bed itself. INTEX recommends using a firm, smooth surface.

Where can I get my airbed, boat, pool or PureSpa tub repaired?
The service centers only repair the electrical parts of hot tubs and selected types of defects of inflatable tubs. Other products such as inflatable boats, airbeds or pools cannot be repaired, but we do offer spare parts for them that you can purchase from us.

Do the pool covers have a net in the middle?
No, all INTEX pool covers (Easy Set, Metal Frame and Ultra Frame) are designed to have a hole in the middle, with no netting, except for the pool cover for smaller kiddie pools, which does not have a hole.

The pool cover does not fit. Do I have the wrong size? What should I do?
The pool cover should be placed with the help of another person. While holding the cover by the end, the second person should walk around the pool and pull the cover over the top ring (for Easy Set pools) or over the wall (for Metal and Ultra frames). You can also place the cover in direct sunlight to help it stretch out.

Which pools come equipped with a saltwater system when purchased? Can I purchase the saltwater system separately?
Some INTEX pools (Ultra XTR Frame models over 457 cm) are also sold in a set with filtration combined with a saltwater system. The saltwater system can also be purchased separately if you already have a pump. Check the offer of your local dealer or online and pay attention to what is included in the package. The offered variants may vary. If you buy the saltwater system separately, pay attention to the connecting parts, the pump power that the saltwater system needs and the maximum volume of water for which the saltwater system is designed.
