Saltwater System Without Filtration

The solinator cannot operate without the filtration on because it does not have its own pump to pump the water. If it is connected to the filtration with the solinator, it automatically switches on with it. Without filtration it will remain idle and display a water flow error.

Will the saltwater system work without the filtration running?

No, a saltwater system will never work without filtration. The saltwater system does not have its own pump to draw water from the pool. It is essential that the saltwater system is connected BEHIND (AFTER) the filter pump and that the filtration is on. If the saltwater system is turned on without filtration, the saltwater system will not turn on and most likely an error message 90 (insufficient water flow) will appear. At the same time, however, the saltwater system will not be damaged, it will just remain idle and not produce chlorine. If you have the filter pump with built-in saltwater system, the saltwater system will automatically switch on the filtration.

Can a "Fast-Fill Rechargeable Pump" be used to inflate the pool (Swim center pool)?

The "Fast-Fill Rechargeable Pump" can only be used on Family Swim Center pools that come with a special "Fast-Fill" valve.

Can the water heating be activated separately without the filtration function?

No. The water heating only works in conjunction with the filter pump, the water must pass through the heater, therefore the pump (filtration) must be switched on.

Why does the pool cover sheet have holes? Does INTEX sell covers without holes?

For safety reasons, there are holes in the pool cover. These holes serve to prevent rainwater from accumulating. The pool covers for the children's rectangular pool does not have a hole.

What does error E81 on the spa hot tub mean?

The reason for the E81 error message on the hot tub may be due to a faulty RCD, base not paired with the control panel, large distance between the control panel and the control base unit, a low charge on the control panel, or other malfunction in the motor part of the hot tub. Test the RCD first. If you have pressed the TEST button on the current protector, you have de-energized the base. Turn on the RESET (RÜCKSETZEN) button again, this will restore the power supply to the motor base. The wireless control panel could've been showing E81 because it was running on its own rechargeable battery while the motor base was without power.

Can I use other brands of pumps to inflate airbeds?

Yes, you can use other brands, but it is advisable to use an INTEX pump. INTEX pumps are specially designed for our airbeds. Other brands may not be suitable.
