Are INTEX pool covers "safety covers"?
No, INTEX pool covers are a feature that prevents dirt and leaves from falling into the pool, but they do NOT have any specific safety or protective function.

The pool cover does not fit. Do I have the wrong size? What should I do?
The pool cover should be placed with the help of another person. While holding the cover by the end, the second person should walk around the pool and pull the cover over the top ring (for Easy Set pools) or over the wall (for Metal and Ultra frames). You can also place the cover in direct sunlight to help it stretch out.

Can I remove the filter pump motor cover?
No. Once disassembled, the pump is no longer covered under warranty and Intex is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from opening the motor cover. Failure to re-cover the motor may result in serious injury or accident.
