Relax! The airbed is not leaking air

After the first inflations, the inflatable bed may appear to be leaking air - but in fact there is a natural expansion of the material. It is recommended to inflate the mattress a few times and leave it to settle into the correct shape.

Is it safe to lean, lie down or sit on the top inflatable ring of the Easy Set pool?

Never allow any pool user, especially children, to lean, lie or sit on the top inflatable ring of the Easy Set pool. This could cause the pool to become unstable, cause injury and cause water to leak through the ring.

Why does the EASY SET inflatable pool top deflate one day after inflation?

If the top ring is inflated on a sunny hot day, the air inside will contract (less pressure) when the ambient temperature drops at night or at dawn. It may appear that the ring has lost air, but this is not the case. Do not inflate the ring and make sure the air valve is fully seated and closed.

How often should the filter be cleaned

The filter in the hot tub should be cleaned daily or after each use and replaced regularly. Proper maintenance helps keep the water clear and prevents clouding or foam. Chlorine disinfects the water while the filter traps mechanical debris.

Can I put an airbed on a conventional bed frame?

Inflatable beds can be placed on a platform or a flat or fixed surface. Old or damaged bed frames can reduce the comfort of your airbed and even cause damage to the bed itself. INTEX recommends using a firm, smooth surface.

Can I use other brands of pumps to inflate airbeds?

Yes, you can use other brands, but it is advisable to use an INTEX pump. INTEX pumps are specially designed for our airbeds. Other brands may not be suitable.

How do I inflate the top ring of an INTEX EASY SET pool?

Pay special attention to avoid overinflation. Use only a hand pump to inflate the ring. Never use a compressor. It is advisable that the inflatable ring is slightly firm to the touch. A ring that is too inflated may deform or burst in the sun. Pay special attention to temperature changes. In a cold environment, the ring will lose pressure and the air will contract. If this happens, DO NOT fill with more air, as the air will expand as the temperature rises. In a hot environment, the air expands. Some air must be let out so that the ring does not burst with too much internal pressure.

Water is coming out of the target on the top of the outside of the hot tub - is this okay?

Water should not be leaking from the target that aerates the massage jets. If it is, make sure there is not too much water in the hot tub. The water level in the tub must not exceed the max line including the people in the whirlpool. It may also be a product defect, in which case please file a claim with your dealer.

Can I use a patch on the suede/velvet parts of the airbed? Will they stick to the suede/velvet parts?

Patches only work on smooth vinyl surfaces. For suede surfaces, you should use fine sandpaper and remove the suede. Then the patch will adhere perfectly.

Where can I get my airbed, boat, pool or PureSpa tub repaired?

The service centers only repair the electrical parts of hot tubs and selected types of defects of inflatable tubs. Other products such as inflatable boats, airbeds or pools cannot be repaired, but we do offer spare parts for them that you can purchase from us.
