Why is there no light on the saltwater system display? What should I do?

There are several reasons why the light is not on. 1. The system is in power saving mode. Press any key to display the last code on the LED display. 2. The device is without power. Make sure the cable is properly connected. Disconnect the cable, wait a few seconds and reconnect it. 3. Make sure the cable to the electrode is properly connected. 4. If the device is not responding, the display may be malfunctioning.

The SERVICE light on the filter pump is on. What should I do?

If the SERVICE indicator is continuously lit, it is most likely a circuit board failure. The solution is to replace this board or the entire motor base. If the unit is under warranty, claim it from your dealer. If the SERVICE indicator is flashing, moisture has probably gotten into the circuit board. We recommend that you allow it to dry by flipping the saltwater system or filter motor base with the saltwater system over for 4 hours and allowing it to dry in the sun. The equipment should always be placed on a wooden base. Do not place filter pumps and saltwater systems in grass or anything similiar.

What to do if the O3 generator light is on?

If the O3 GENERATOR indicator on the ozone saltwater system is lit, it indicates a motor malfunction. The product should be claimed from the dealer if it is still under warranty. If it is not under warranty, the entire motor base has to be replaced.
