After the first inflations, the inflatable bed may appear to be leaking air - but in fact there is a natural expansion of the material. It is recommended to inflate the mattress a few times and leave it to settle into the correct shape.

Can I put an airbed on a conventional bed frame?
Inflatable beds can be placed on a platform or a flat or fixed surface. Old or damaged bed frames can reduce the comfort of your airbed and even cause damage to the bed itself. INTEX recommends using a firm, smooth surface.

Can the inflatable bed be washed/cleaned?
Yes, with soapy water and a sponge or soft brush. Rinse the bed well and let it air dry. Do not put the bed in water, soaking up water can be dangerous for some of the surface materials used on the bed. DO NOT wash in a washing machine, washing can damage the bed and the washing machine.

How can I distinguish the valves of the inflatable beds?
An integrated pump means that it is built into the frame of the mattress. The 3-in-1 valve has two brackets on each side of the valve for easy removal. The 2-in-1 valve has no brackets and consists of a valve with a screw cap. The double valve is a vinyl valve welded into the mattress.
