After the first inflations, the inflatable bed may appear to be leaking air - but in fact there is a natural expansion of the material. It is recommended to inflate the mattress a few times and leave it to settle into the correct shape.

Where can I get my airbed, boat, pool or PureSpa tub repaired?
The service centers only repair the electrical parts of hot tubs and selected types of defects of inflatable tubs. Other products such as inflatable boats, airbeds or pools cannot be repaired, but we do offer spare parts for them that you can purchase from us.

My pool is 1/3 full but the walls are tilted inwards, what should I do?
The pool must be assembled correctly and according to the manual (terrain, pads, pool strips). It is normal for the structure to initially bend inward like this. The water pressure will level the pool when it is completely filled with water. However, a slight bend may persist and is okay.
