Code E90
Code E90 indicates insufficient water flow, usually due to a clogged filter or poor water quality. Common causes include dirty water, old filter or low chlorine levels. Changing the cartridge regularly and adjusting the water chemistry helps prevent problems.

Where should whirlpool filter be screwed onto
The filter in the whirlpool must be screwed onto the bottom suction opening so that the water passes through the filter cartridge correctly. Incorrect positioning can cause blockage of the pump outlet and damage to the filter, which is not covered by the warranty.

High chlorine level in the spa

The pool cover does not fit. Do I have the wrong size? What should I do?
The pool cover should be placed with the help of another person. While holding the cover by the end, the second person should walk around the pool and pull the cover over the top ring (for Easy Set pools) or over the wall (for Metal and Ultra frames). You can also place the cover in direct sunlight to help it stretch out.

The app stopped working
The older INTEX application has recently been updated. Because of this, there was an outage. It is now working, uninstall and reinstall the application. You can use your original login details to log in. However, check whether you need the new or the old application.

I can't get the skimmer attached.
The Deluxe skimmer package includes a blue 11238A hose adapter that can be screwed onto both the 32 mm and 38 mm pool hose grommets. The skimmer must be on the pool suction port. First unscrew the strainer on the suction pool opening and screw the 11238A adapter in its place.

Control panel – general informa
The control panel for the hot tub is either attached to the hot tub or wireless. Operation is simple, however, with a wireless panel, conditions can occur that confuse the user. Make sure that the panel is unlocked and that you are not pressing the buttons too long or too quickly in succession.

Can a warped/bulging tub be repaired?
A deformed bathtub cannot be repaired. In such cases, the dividers, which are located in the tub's intermediate wall, will break and are therefore unrepairable. If the problem occurs within the warranty period (2 years), reclaim the product from the dealer. If the problem occurs after the warranty, a replacement tub can be purchased from us.
