Can I install my pool in an area with uneven surfaces?

The surface must be perfectly smooth, firm and level, not sloping in any way. Special attention must be paid to the stability and leveling of your pool when you start filling it. If, after a few centimetres, the water accumulates on one side of the pool and does not spread evenly, stop filling it, empty it and choose a new place to install the pool. If you install the pool on uneven ground, even if the pool is very small, it will tilt and the water could overflow, which can cause injuries or property damage.

Can the hot tub be placed in the sun?

The hot tub can be temporarily exposed to direct sunlight, but should not be exposed to it for long periods of time. We recommend placing the hot tub under an umbrella, gazebo, awning, pergola or other shade to avoid deforming the inflatable part of the spa tub. The spa is equipped with a pressure release valve that automatically releases some air if necessary.

Can the pool be built on a slope?

No, the pool must be placed on level, firm and stable ground. If the pool is built on uneven ground, water will gather on one side, which can cause the frame to become unstable, collapse and risk property damage or injury.
