First, test the RCD. You can find the test procedure in the article below. If you find that the RCD is not working or the buttons are stuck, the RCD needs to be replaced. If your spa is still under warranty, file a claim with the dealer. If the warranty has already expired, you can use one of our service centers or order a new RCD as a spare part. Both can be done via our online forms. Replacing a RCD should always be done by an electrician.
