To keep the electrodes working optimally, it is necessary to clean them manually at regular intervals.

You can clean the electrode according to the step-by-step plan below:

Step 1: Turn the unit off and remove the plug from the socket.
Step 2:

Make sure that the system can be disconnected from the pool.

For filter pump with Ø 32mm hose: Unscrew the strainers on the inside of the pool. Put the (black) plugs in the pool wall connections.

For filter pump with Ø 38mm hose: Turn both knobs on the valves fully to the right to close the valves and prevent water from flowing out of the pool.

Step 3: Loosen the nut on the plug on the electrolytic cell anticlockwise and remove the plug from the electrolytic cell.
Step 4: Loosen the nut on the electrolytic cell and remove the cell from the casing.
Step 5: Place the cell in a container. Fill the container with cleaning vinegar until the plates of the cell are submerged. Let the cell soak for at least 2 hours. In case of serious deposits, an overnight soak is recommended.
Step 6: Perform steps 3 and 4 in reverse order to place the cell back in the housing.
